I am happy. THe sound is fine, although not quite as good as with my regular phone. I find the ear piece to be very comfortable, and actually is really unobtrusive. No one has complained that they can't hear me. I was very resistant to having to use this device, however with the law changes in ontario it became necessary. I have beed really pleased so far. But it exceded my expectations overall.

Unit would not connect to the phone, in fact when i did some trouble shooting, it would not even stay powered on. Bought this head set, after powering it on, unit would not work. I ended up tossing it in the bin.i won't be buying a Motorola headset again.Somehow i have to give this product 1 star, as the system won't let me leave it blank, however I give it 0/5

I called Motorola, not the seller on here, and they had me plug it into my car charger. It is just hard to believe there are this many bad H670's. Motorola sent a new one 4 days later and the same thing happened. I received this in 3 days which I was very pleased about. I am beginning to wonder if any maker makes a good bluetooth headset anymore.

I decided to buy another Motorola, this time without the flip boom. It then flickered out a few seconds later. Same result. I have heard all kinds of complaints from friends of mine with all thier headsets. Before this headset, I had the H700 and was very happy with it for 2 years.

I plugged it in and the light came on right away. Now I am waiting on shipping labels to return both headsets to Motorola.

Sound is very good,also fits the ear nice.if i would buy it again yes.thank you.

No matter how long I leave it plugged in, it will not turn on. When I plug it in, the charging light turns on for a couple seconds, and then flickers and turns off. [.]. I have the same problem as several other reviewers here. The brand-new bluetooth refuses to charge. I won this in a contest, so I'm not going to bother getting a replacement, but if I were you, I wouldn't risk my money on something that has a high chance of not working right out of the box.
